Christina Hildebrandt, CMT
Relax and rejuvenate to the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls with Christina Hildebrandt, the second Saturday of every month from 1-2pm at The Meditation Place, 324 Main Street in Longmont. The vibrations produced by the bowls create an opportunity for relaxation and subtle shifts in our psyches and bodies; participants may sit, lie or stand to receive this sonic bath! There are chairs and meditation cushions at The Meditation Place; feel free to bring your own blanket or mat to ensure your comfort on the wood floor.
Contact me to experience this peaceful, expansive feeling in your home or in my studio as a private session; $70 in my studio, $125 to bring the bowls to you (need help making this happen in your living room? Invite 10 friends @ $12/person- sounds like a party to me!)
I also offer my singing bowls and guided meditations to groups as a shared experience at your healing center or even at your office. Please send this to a friend who could use some relaxation: it’s my desire to help relieve your stress and pain, so your spirit can soar!
My new singing bowls CD, Deep Calm, is available for purchase in my studio or at a ‘bowling’ session! What people say about singing bowls:

Transmission Meditation is a way to help the world and build a stronger connection with your own spiritual nature. This is a group service activity which ‘steps down’ the great spiritual energies, that continually stream into our planet. During transmission, the Masters of Wisdom direct energies from the spiritual planes through the energy centers (chakras) of the group members down to the mental levels where they become more accessible to humanity.
We meet at a home in south Longmont Mondays at 7PM. Call Connie 720-494-0368. This is 1 of 8 TM groups in Colorado. See No fees ever.
